How to Store Puff Pastry?
One wrap is done but it’s not over yet. It’s true that some people stop at this step and put it right in the freezer. But if you think about it, the puff pastry isn’t properly wrapped yet.
So, use clingfilm to give it another wrap. Although some people prefer wrapping it with aluminum foil. If that’s what you want, then go for it.
And to put a cherry on top, there’s another method for you. It’s to avoid the second wrap altogether and use an air-tight container.
