The Northern Nevada Land Conservation and Economic Development Act H.R.5205 sponsored by Rep. Mark Amodei was passed unanimously by the House on 9/15/2014. On 9/16/2014, it was received in the Senate and read twice before it was referred to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources.
