BEER: Passion Fruit Kicker BREWERY: Green Flash Brewing LOCATION: San Diego, CA STYLE: Wheat ale with passion fruit ABV: 5.5% IBU: 5 POUR / FEEL: Light and silky with a small thin head AROMA: Sweet & sour passion fruit and hops HINTS: Passion fruit, floral, hoppy, with a tart aftertaste OVERALL: I have to say, I was very skeptical at first. Even though the label never called my attention (& maybe that's why I never tried it before), I decided not to "judge a beer by its label" so I went ahead and got it. The pour was light and somewhat silky. Beautiful thin head and delicious aromas of hop and passion fruit. Very sweet at first with a tartness aftertaste. Very refreshing and enjoyable.
