OK I GOT A NEW AU KINDA??
Like y’all know those GhostSoap/past RoachGhost fics where Roach comes back and Soap gets hurt because Ghost and Roach become close again, well what if it’s that scenario but REVERSE. I haven’t seen this type of AU in fics so I wanted to put this out!!
Roach comes back, but HE gets his feelings hurt because he realizes Ghost moved on, and he looks so in love and it hurts Roach a lot.
Like he gets it he’s been gone for 10 years or so (me personally he’s not assumed KIA in this Au more like went to another task force and lost contact with ghost?? Idk I’m still thinking about it) and he see’s Ghost now married to someone else and they’re so in love and he’s like, why can’t that be me??
And of course Ghost KNOWS how he feels but to me personally he’s not going to cheat on Soap?? He loves him too much and I don’t see him as that kind of person.
So Ghost goes to Roach and is like hey look I understand you still have feelings but that was YEARS ago, I’m not going to wait that long, of course I’m going to move on, I still care about you, but I can’t love you anymore.
And of course Roach understands but that conversation HURT, because the love of his life doesn’t love him anymore, and he doesn’t have a chance at all to have him back.
