Will Bandai Release Apology For Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version?
Bandai Japan recently released an apology for the bugs that owners were experiencing with the Eevee Tamagotchi, so will they do the same with the Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version?
The Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version is infamous for glitches from connecting to the Tamagotchi Meets application to issues with genetics, and even battery issues! Remember, this version was actually delayed by Bandai, but should it have been delayed some additional time to address these pesky issues?
One has to wonder, if they’re apologizing for the minimal bugs users have experienced with the Eevee Tamagotchi, will Bandai Japan release any apology or acknowledgement of the bugs users have experienced with the Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version?

Bandai Japan Announces Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version
This comes as absolutely no surprise as we have seen the leaked images MONTHS ago, even before the Tamagotchi Meets was announced. Today, Bandai formally announced the Tamagotchi Meets Pastel version. This new version will be added to the Tamagotchi Meets lineup and feature some new locations, characters, and more!
The Pastel version comes in two different designs, one in white, and the other in purple. Both feature unique floral faceplates to match their shells and differentiate themselves from the original Tamagotchi Meets version.
Wha else is new on this version? New locations! Pastel version will include two new locations, Easter Land and Flower Garden. These locations are so beautiful and will feature some new characters along with some familiar faces! Easter Land is all about the upcoming Easter holiday, everything seems to be egg shaped, pastel colored, and bunny themed. Flower Garden looks like a beautiful spring garden, everything is in bloom and very colorful, there are several gardens laid out amongst the gorgeous landscape - breathtaking!
So what about those characters? Well in Easter Land you’re going to meet four new faces pictured above all the characters are Easter themed and so adorable. Flower Garden we have two returning characters, and one familiar face! Butterflytchi, and Yotsubatchi can be found in Flower Garden, and a new variant of Furawatchi decorated in flowers, and a pink cape!
No word on pricing yet, but it should be along the same price as the Tamagotchi Meets. The Pastel version will be available on shelves in Japan on March 9th, this is just in time for Easter and right before the official start of spring! We are so excited about this version, are you planning on getting one?
Tamagotchi Meets Pastel Version Delayed!
Bandai Japan has just notified retailers that the Tamagotchi Meets Pastel version that was originally scheduled to be released on March 9th has been delayed. This device is the first varian of the Tamagotchi Meets besides the original Fairy & Magical versions.
The delay is due to production, and the new release date is unknown at this time. Bandai Japan has also modified the image of the Tamagotchi Meets Pastel version on their website to remove the original launch date. Retailers will be alerted as well as the public once a new date has been set. We hope this date is around the March-April timeframe since Easter falls on April 21st this year.
Some fans are also wondering if this delay is due to the amount of bugs and glitches that the Fairy & Magical versions are experiencing, but no word from Bandai on that. We will have an article posted soon on the bugs that our fans are experiencing. We would prefer that Bandai Japan iron out these bugs before releasing the new pastel version. Many retailers have stopped their preorders of the device, and alerted their customers.
