Corned beef
With this Pastrami Mac and Cheese Burger, you can enjoy the ultimate comfort food. Putting savory pastrami and creamy macaroni and cheese on top of juicy grilled beef patties makes your mouth water. This burger will satisfy all your hunger pangs!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 8 oz pastrami, thinly sliced. 1 cup macaroni noodles, cooked and drained. 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded. 1/2 cup milk. 2 tbsp butter. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper, to taste. Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish.
Instructions: Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape it into 4 burger patties. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Toast the buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the mac and cheese. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and stir until heated through. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it's fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked macaroni noodles to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine and coat the noodles evenly. Remove the burger patties from the grill and top each patty with pastrami slices. Assemble the burgers by placing a generous scoop of pastrami mac and cheese on the bottom bun, then add the burger patty with pastrami on top. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, and pickles if desired. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the mac and cheese layer for extra crunch and texture. Place the top bun on each burger and serve immediately.

Does Pastrami Go Bad? Shelf Life, Storage, and Spoilage Signs
You have a vacuum-sealed package of pastrami in the fridge from the grocery store, a few slices left from what you had cut at the deli counter on Tuesday, and a whole pastrami brisket you ordered from Katz’s that arrived yesterday. Three different products, three different shelf lives, and only one of them can go significantly longer than the others. Does pastrami go bad? The short answer: Yes,…
If I were going to a deli, should I get:
The Reuben (on Marble Rye)
Pastrami with Swiss (also on Marble Rye)
Answer One but also Matzah Ball Soup
Answer Two but also Matzah Ball Soup
In this hypothetical, I am getting Knishes regardless.
