She made a pretty good first impression, DoYoung, such a small woman who had an incredible amount of psychical strength that even surpassed the biggest and experienced Jounin they had, it was truly an impressive feat. However seeing is believing, Ameyuri had heard everything she possibly could about DoYoung before even meeting her, she was interested to say the least.
After a while she finally got to meet the talk of the village, she was only about 2 inches taller than she was, had long red hair, Ameyuri would admit, DoYoung was pretty. She had known Do for sometime after that, but she didn’t really know a lot about her, Ameyuri wanted to change that. Took her a little bit to convince some of the higher-ups to allow her to take an unexperienced Kunoichi on such a lengthy and possibly dangerous mission, but Ameyuri does have a silver-tongue, didn’t take very long.
Fast forward to where she and DoYoung where right now, in the middle of night silently traversing through the treetops, she took notice that Do was slightly falling behind her, Ameyuri smirked at DoYoung, “what’s wrong, never stayed up past 10:00?”.
The boy had been sitting there all day, just as his father instructed, at a picnic table in the park. Maxie didn't know what city this was, only that he was hungry and a little cold. The sun had set a few hours ago, and his father wasn’t back yet. His Numel was hidden under the table, trying to help the boy keep warm by placing the hole on it’s back under the child’s dangling feet.
Stomach growling, the redhead sniffs at the air. There’d been a hot dog vendor that came by fairly recently while the crowds were still out, and he could smell someone’s leftovers in the garbage can. Desperate times calling for desperate measures, since only having breakfast and a few animal crackers left him so very hungry. Hopping off of his seat, he makes his way to the transhcan, hefting himself up. His back end stuck out as he dug through the trash, little legs in the air. He couldn’t see the stranger approaching him, or hear his Pokemon cry out through the can.

"Here for... Robin?"
"You don't get to come back and try to win me again."
He frowns. "And why not?"

Conner's flying through the city for Tim when he hears a Ruckus. And a Ruckus means trouble. He turns back, skirting towards the top of the alleyway, when he sees a man flash a knife at a boy that looks just about his age. Conner steps in, pushing the man to the ground and grabbing the knife from his hands.
The perp tries to run, and Conner quickly grabs him by the collar, hoisting him up into the air. He thinks about throwing him against the wall, or punching him, but then he gets a better idea. He flicks him on the back of the head with his index finger and his thumb with superstrength. The guy stops scrambing in Conner's hold and slumps forward, already knocked unconscious. And then Conner throws him against the wall.
He turns back to the scared-looking guy in the corner. "You okay, dude?"
{ it's awfully taxing being at the Men of Letter's service constantly. she knows it's a process. know that she'll be rewarded, initiated, but the fifteenth trip to the library this week was frustrating to say the least. }
"Uh--excuse me. Can I help you?"
{ the stranger's standing in her path, and she's taken off guard. }
