She wanted to keep up the act of annoyance in him. Connor knew that he had friends who would worry about him, herself definitely included. Still, hearing his voice again made her want to smile, and at the telekinetic tug towards him, she couldn’t help but laugh.
“…It’s good to have you back, Super Dork.” She said, hugging him with a soft smile on her face.
He wraps one arm around her back and pets her hair with the other, letting the moment sit pleasantly and warmly in the air. “Isn’t it always though?” He teases.
He pulls back. “You gotta tell me everything I missed!”
