x  i’ve been thinking about this interview. Almost everyday we read posts about management and the solo careers of the 1D guys. Its a great listen on building things from the ground up. Not to take away anything from either Pat or Chance but something incredible was happening in Chicago right around the time Chance was starting out. It was the perfect timing and there's something magical but also speaks to how hard work needs just a bit of luck.
