So, that's actually a great question! I'm still trying to get more in touch with my desires, and while the thought of Patches doing practically *anything* sexual is more fun than a human doing it, I do like the idea a LOT of Patches cutting up my adult undies while I am babbling away in the corner, buzzying in VERY soaked diapers. As for Patches, if you didn't know he's actually the mascot for Little Troubles, an Age Regression themed card game! He canonically has practically any form you can think of, as he can be anyone's imaginary friend! Patches is known for coercing and manipulating tots into losing their potty training, age, sense of dignity, maturity, and other such things. I latched onto the lore around him a lot but it didn't fully click til I was at Capcon and I ended up reading the disclaimer found on Your Pal Patches diapers.

Like, the combination of such a cute mascot, lore that supports him being an AR trap, and him being a plushie with WEIGHTED PAWS, a crinkly ear, and magnetic nose, and it's a recipe for all sorts of cute fun! I wanna make a modded version of him sometime with a few added patches of my own as well as some added crinkles to his ears. Thank you for the ask!
