Practice makes better! My first attempt at a Mille-feuilles was a complete disaster, something along the lines of custard soup with biscuits floating in it. Delicious, but obviously not right. This one turned out much better. Pour un repas léger, rapide et super bon😋😋 #chevre #epinard #quiche #patebrisee #repas #recettehealthy #yummy #instafood #gratinée #bonappetit #passioncuisine Tarte épinard chèvre Ingrédients 1 pâte brisée 1 fromage de chèvre en bûche 450 g d'épinards surgelés 3 oeufs 1 crème liquide 25 cl 25 cl de lait Poivre Sel Recette Etaler la pâte brisée et précuire 10 minutes à 200C°. Faire décongeler les épinards dans une casserole et commencer à faire chauffer le four à 200°C. Pendant ce temps, mélanger les oeufs,la crème et le lait. Assaisonner de sel, poivre. Verser les épinards bien égouttés dans le mélange, remuer, puis verser le tout sur votre pâte. Disposer des rondelles de chèvre.
