Indulge in the rich, decadent flavors of these French vanilla dream bars brownies. With a moist and cakey texture, complemented by sweet white chocolate chips and a hint of nuttiness, these bars are a delightful treat for any occasion.
Ingredients: 1 box French vanilla cake mix. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup milk. 1 large egg. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts optional. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. 1/4 cup chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Put the French vanilla cake mix, melted butter, milk, and egg in a bowl. Mix everything together well. If you want to, add chopped nuts and white chocolate chips and mix them in. Spread the mix out evenly in a 9x13-inch baking pan that has been greased. Over the top of the mix in the pan, pour sweetened condensed milk. If you want, you can evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. In a hot oven, bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool all the way down before cutting it into bars.

A delightful take on a traditional recipe, these Birthday Cake Rice Krispies Treats are ideal for birthday celebrations or any other special occasion. They taste just a bit like birthday cake and are loaded with white chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles.
Ingredients: 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1 package 10 oz marshmallows. 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles. 1/2 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows. 1/4 cup rainbow nonpareils. 1/4 cup birthday cake mix. 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Instructions: Heat a large saucepan over low heat to melt the unsalted butter. When the marshmallows are fully melted and smooth, add them and stir. After taking the saucepan off of the burner, mix in the birthday cake mix and vanilla extract. Ensure that the marshmallow mixture coats the Rice Krispies cereal, rainbow sprinkles, and white chocolate chips evenly by folding them in quickly. Using a wax paper or greased spatula, evenly press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mini marshmallows and rainbow nonpareils should be sprinkled on top and gently pressed into the mixture to stick. Give the treats about half an hour to cool and set. Cut into squares once cooled, then savor your Birthday Cake Rice Krispies Treats!

Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1 cup granulated sugar. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 3 cups all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup white chocolate chips. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened for strawberry buttercream. 2 cups powdered sugar for strawberry buttercream. 1/4 cup strawberry puree for strawberry buttercream. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for strawberry buttercream. Pink food coloring, optional for strawberry buttercream.
Instructions: In a large bowl, cream together the 1 cup of softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, and then mix in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the white chocolate chips. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll the chilled dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. To make the strawberry buttercream, beat the 1/2 cup of softened butter until creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined. Mix in the strawberry puree and vanilla extract until the buttercream is smooth and pink in color. Add pink food coloring if a brighter color is desired. Once the cookies have cooled, spread or pipe the strawberry buttercream onto the flat side of half the cookies, then sandwich them with the remaining cookies. There is another bowl where you can mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients one at a time until a soft dough forms. Add the white chocolate chips and mix them in until they are spread out evenly in the dough. Using a cookie scoop or a tablespoon, drop round pieces of dough onto the baking sheet that has been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges are just beginning to turn golden. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
