Thankful to be invited to the HK Police training grounds and take part in this unique race with the police, firefighters, special forces, and other units. . We came to tackle unfamiliar challenges and proud to come out on top with the team! Some of the highlights were uphill tire drag, steep trails, abseiling down a building, running with riot shields, and the 1000 rep metcon finale! .
