Friend Folio: Akhana
Our first Aeon! I've never really been a fan of the "need for balance" aspect of the alignment system, which is why I've never really got the more metaphysical side of the Neutral row. PF2E got rid of alignment, so maybe that's a more common sentiment than I thought, but I do feel that if you're gonna have a metaphysical neutral, aeons (and psychopomps) are the way to go.
The idea of the planes being "alive" has been explored already (especially with the evil ones). Having the multiverse itself be a living being feels like the natural extension of that concept. Because the multiverse is too vast to comprehend, this also gives you a ton of freedom in how you use aeons -- and that's before you get into the rogue ones.
Akhanas will be pretty simple for your campaign. Need something dead? Need something alive? Need one thing dead and another alive? This thing's a package deal of life and death.
The Guardian of Sujing Cliff is a mysterious spirit said to prevent suicides at the eponymous cliff. Thing is, it only stops some of the suicides. Anyone attempting to study its arbitrary criteria may also balk after it stopped one Duan Peng from jumping, only to suck out his life force and scamper off into the woods.
The Ironside Thrasher marks the first execution by electric chair, the first impromptu resurrection of a person executed by the Alderrdeen Republic, and the third person to successfully escape Eelrift Bay Penitentiary, the latter two courtesy an errant akhana.
The Loman Kingdom suspects that the akhana providing medical relief to the Nawassa Confederacy's soldiers may be rogue. Attacking medical personnel would alienate their few remaining allies; alerting a pleroma to its rogue compatriot would not.

Stream Announcement
Today at 1pm EST, I will be streaming Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, doing an Aeon Mythic Path run as a Druid. Come watch me fight some Demons!
Replaying Aeon in Wrath of the Righteous and you know I should probably be highly uncomfortable with how good being an Aeon feels given that its law is harsh, bordering on Lawful Stupid by Act 5. But there’s nothing quite like bringing the hammer down on corrupt officers and undoing a curse with the snap of your fingers. I know the price (truthfully the only part of that that bothers me is Anevia) but to save a whole civilization? It’s a bargain.
