Slumber Deep
- Spell & Sigil -
I created this spell for a friend who was having a hard time sleeping, as well as having bad dreams. Follow the instructions below to help get a peaceful night’s sleep:
On a piece of paper draw/write the above spell and sigil. The spell reads, “Peace of heart, peace of mind; calming dreams I seek to find. Ease me into a slumber deep, with a night filled of restful sleep.”
Fold the paper into a tri-fold, having the paper over lap each other.
On each of the corners, place a drop of Lavender essential oil; lavender is known to help encourage sleep due to its soothing scent (as it alters the brain waves and reduces anxiety and stress).
Place the folded piece of paper under the pillow you lie your head on when going to bed.
Please let me know how this spell has worked for you, as it may work differently for everyone.

🕯Candle Magic🕯
If you’re like me, scented candles are the way you go about relaxing and destressing, or trying to get rid of unwanted feelings/emotions.
Needed some candle magic therapy last night, so I lit this beauty up and allowed her to lull me to a calming place. Worked just like magic!
I also loved how it gave of a witchy aesthetics vibe and some Halloween vibes 🎃

Wind Chimes have been used around the world for thousands of years as a source of meditation, relaxation, and protection. The soothing tones and sounds were used to help bring balance to one's surroundings, and become more in tuned with nature. Additionally, it was believed the songs played from wind chimes helped in protecting the individuals around them from bad spirits and energies.
Gather a wind chime, one that has significance to you, or speaks to you. This could be a wind chime a family member passed down to you and you have fond memories of, or one you have found in a store where you feel drawn to it. Either will work.
What You'll Need: - A Wind Chime (you can have multiple) - Piece of paper and pen - Optional: A Golden Sharpie/Marker (highly recommended) - Fire proof bowl or incense burner - A Match or Lighter
Instructions: 1. Gather the materials listed above, and if possible, go outside where you'll have access to both sunlight, and maybe some wind. Sunlight is more important, as this will be your energy source for the spell.
2. Under the sunlight, hang the wind chime up, so that it may move freely.
3. Before starting the spell, cast a protection circle to prevent any bad energies from tampering with the spell.
4. On the piece of paper, draw the sigil above, and write down the spell. The spell does not have to be spiraling inside of the sigil. Optionally, use the golden sharpie/marker to draw over the sigil as to add more power to the spell.
5. Fold the paper in thrice, close your eyes, and breath your intention into the spell, pulling from the sun's energy. Visualize your intention of protection for your family and home.
6. Light the paper on fire, place it in the bowl or burner dish, and recite the spell over and over again, until the paper has turned to ash. Once it has turned to ash, take the ash and rub it all over the wind chime, once again repeating the spell. The spell has been transcribe below:
"From the song of these chimes, Heed the words of this rhyme. Object born of metal, glass, and cord, Imbued with the magic of a protection ward. Now guard this home, and all within, From harm of either foe or friend."
7. Hang the wind chime in your desired location, and on a breezy day, listen for the chimes, and allow them to bring a sense of peace to you and your family.

The sigil used above was created by @sigiilmagick. Thank you @sigiilmagick for creating this awesome sigil, and I hope it is okay for me to incorporate into my spell. If not, please let me know, and I can remove it!

So I did a thing! Was at the store when something told me to check out the Home Garden section. Went out there and had an inspiration to buy some Lavender seeds. After looking at several types and trying to figure out which I wanted to grow, my eyes fell upon a whole grove of Spanish Lavender! After some debating on which one to get, I picked out this beauty, and go her a nice homey/witchy feeling pot.
As I was leaving the pot aisle, look what else I stumbled upon! This amazing looking windchime. Something spoke to me saying “That would make a perfect protection ward for both your home and garden. Get it!”.... thus I put it in my cart as well. Put a protection spell on the windchime, and it’s working beautifully (I’ll do a separate post for the protection spell).
Now the Spanish Lavendar have several blooms, with a good ten more on the way, and I love opening my window to hear the music of the windchime as the breeze passes by!
