Wrote a genfic about the first time little Daniil went to the movies, featuring a needless amount of detail on Lumière projector-cameras and a ton of self indulgent Méliès hype.
I wrote a Pathologic fic. Knowing me, this will either be the only one I ever write, or the first stone's fall heralding an ecosytem-shifting landslide.

CHAPTER 18 (FINAL) OF BREAD AND TWYRE
In which the strike, at last, is settled.
With the new wave of patho theatre analysis that will surely come thanks to 3's release I am once again considering writing a fic that consists of different scenes in patho rewritten in the style and substance of various playwrights throughout XXth century. Not only that but I would also add small context pills for every author which would together create a very basic crash course of how theatre evolved. I think that perhaps ☝️☝️ it may be cool and educational

Of course, though, like every other child of the post-Cold War epoch, he took to the beast that was the American cultural machine like a leech. He watched janky VHS tapes of bootleg MTV shows and music videos; the real stuff that they watched over there, not the cheap imitation he and his co-patriots were left with. It took him three days to find a DVD of Scarface that wasn’t dubbed by a man who was simultaneously bored out of his mind reading his script and angry about it. His copy also didn’t subtitles. Daniil didn’t know enough English to understand what was happening, but he promised himself that night that one day he would.

Burakhovsky [Artemy/Daniil], Explicit, Biological Dom/Sub AU
A submissive submits, and a Dominant cares for them, a nature embedded within human genetics—primed and begging for thick cocktails of dopamine, oxytocin, and endorphins. Daniil knows his body needs the release to function—submissives are all born addicts; afflicted with a three-week withdrawal window. Again and again. Round and around. Daniil's body is desperate in one hand for the release he fights against with the other.
