May 1: “If given the chance to travel, always take it.” This will be the first of many posts to come. It’s part of my experience and journey to and through Utah. Being a somewhat experienced traveler, I was shocked to realize I was scared to fly for this trip. The night before I left for my trip to Utah is when I relearned my first lesson. To trust in God. I had flown plenty of times to a few different places and never felt that certain fear before. The fear that I ran out of time and that I finally had something BIG to look forward to. It was a fear that I left so many things up in the air (no pun intended) and that I’d never get a chance to make them right. That night, as I googled my odds, the words ‘trust’ and ‘pray’ settled me down. And I did exactly that. ~alhamdoulilah.
