Another Allaby-quality comic strip from The Argosy
Unfortunately, I am going to have to postpone my weekly serial on here until the end of April in order to finish a more pressing project. But, as consolation, here’s an untitled comic I drew in the fall of 2014 which I hated for a while and was going to re-write entirely (even though it was a rewrite of a previous comic) before posting here, but ran out of steam about halfway through. I now have trouble seeing what I thought was so bad about in the first place. Lack of subtlety? Derivative nature? Sentimentality? Large lettering? Something like that.
For any non-Canadian readers of mine, Stephen and Chris was a lifestyle show on CBC which abruptly ended last year when one of the hosts, Chirs Hyndman was found dead in an alleyway underneath beneath his condo.
Here’s the third weekly installment of Martin and Katherine, my still untitled weekly serial I’m working on.
