"I support mental health because no one deserves to feel like something is wrong with them!!"
"I work with the Patronus Project because mental illness should be treated with the same seriousness as physical illness."
"My Patronus is fast cars."
Hello all!
As we (on the East Coast of the US) start to ring in the New Year, I thought I'd throw you all an update!
Patronus Project preparations will be in full swing as soon as the semester at UVA starts back up on the 12th of January! With this full swinging, there will be more detailed news on what to expect and what we'll be doing.
We'll be resuming character breakdowns next week. We'll do another two for you all for being so patient (Sirius is super please you all liked the James one so much. Positively giddy!). So get pumped for that.
Stay safe out there and congrats to everyone who made it through another year, despite everything 2014 threw at you!
Expecto Patronum and Happy New Year!
Patronus Project Update!
Things are coming together for The Patronus Project. We've come up with a tentative schedule of events and one of those events is going to be a panel of speakers from the UVA community! Our plan is to choose 6 people to talk about their experience with mental illness. The event will take place on February 20th, 2015 at 6pm.
If anyone is interested, please fill out our survey and we'll consider you! Anyone who submits but doesn't end up on the panel, we'd love to post your stories on the Tumblr to let the internet at large know that mental illness is here and not going away and that if you're struggling with it, you aren't alone.
We'll be taking submissions until January 6th and those who are chosen to speak on the panel will be notified by February 1st.
Anyhoo, here's the link guys:

Expecto Patronum!
No breakdown this week guys. Sorry! We'll post 2 next week to make up for it.
Suggestions?
Can confirm that Padfoot is listening to the Glee version of "Cough Syrup" again. I'm mad that I like it.
