*Happy Akshaya Tritiya* Akshaya Tritiya, also known as Akti or Akha Teej, is Annual spring time festival of the Hindus & Jains. It falls on the third Tithi (lunar day) of Bright Half (Shukla Paksha) of Vaisakha month as signifying the "Third day of unending Prosperity". In the temple of Kshira-chora Gopinatha (Remuna, Odisha) the deities of Madan-Mohan, Govinda and Gopinath are smeared with sandalwood pulp on this auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya. Charan Darshan (lotus feet) of Lord Sri Banke Vihari in Vrindavan Dham happens on this day. Akshaya Tritiya - The Day of Giving and Forgiving.
