Starting a new friend, this time it's another oc designed my by lovely and creative bf. Once again experimenting with embroidery. Part dragon, part bunny, part unicorn okay how can you go wrong?

While I plan to try and make most of the pattern from scratch, as a challenge, I am not talented enough to make a rabbit head yet. Therefore, I am using the head from this etsy pattern:

The silly rabbit I never talk about ever is now real and in plush form!

His name is Tailpipe Bishop, a part time guardian angel with one backwards wing and a good heart, which makes up for the iffy head on his shoulders.

He is made of fleece, minky, and some minky-esque fabric I found while trawling Joann's for the right color hair, and as always he is completely sewn by hand. He is designed as a sitting plush so his legs are not positioned for standing, but since his main lot in life will be sitting on my bed, that's okay. His clothes are made of cotton and polyester and cut from shirts I got at Joann's when I was unsatisfied with the material choices. The jacket also doesn't quite match his concept art, but I got it down really well and decided not to ruin it.

He's definitely my largest plush to date, and not to mention extremely top heavy from his hair. He is also extremely huggable- I have tried!

Housekeeping! Pattern Credits

TL;DR: I'm working on getting the proper pattern credits on all the posts in the back catalog. You may be getting reruns on your dash.

Making sure creators get the credit they deserve matters a lot to me. I have made an effort to properly credit the pattern for every F.O. I've posted here for about a year now. However, when I started this blog I was not as conscientious.

I will be working through the back catalog and adding pattern credits. It'll be slow work. In the meantime, if you're scrolling and wonder what pattern I used, send me an ask and I'll link you!

(If it's a large stuffed animal, it's likely a Sarah Keen design. I was knitting almost exclusively out of her books Knitted Wild Animals and Knitted Farm Animals in the early days. Patterns from Amigurumi Animal Friends by Michele Wilcox was also a favorite).
