Paul Westerberg “Suicaine Gratification” LP. Those first 3 Westerberg albums mean as much to me as the first 4 Replacements albums. It was exciting waiting for new Westy albums in the 90’s, at least to me. I was so excited when they were reissued on vinyl but disappointed with the quality. I got “14 Songs” & “Eventually” right when they came out. Both jackets looked like lo-resolution scans. They look ok from afar but close up are kinda blurry/pixelated, which is frustrating. On top of that, “Eventually” had some pressing error that effected both sides. This jacket suffers from the lo-res print job too. Record sounds good though, thankfully. This is an underrated album in Paul's catalog. #LP #Vinyl #Records #PaulWesterberg #SuicaineGratification

I do remember when they walked on stage at #thefoxtheater in #detroit wearing the lamp shades from their dressing room whilst they supported #rem or the time Bob Stinson forgot what time they were going on stage at #thestate in #annarbor and his guitar tech played the show or at #coachella when #billiejoearmstrong from #greenday sat in whilst Paul sat on the couch. This album brings back the fondest of memories of this great band! The entire album is brilliant!
