Vigilus 2 Predictions
-Haarkon gets yelled at by The Warmaster
-There are massive cult on cult battles across the system as the Pauper Princes and Black Legion-aligned chaos cults go after each other
-The Warmaster dispatches the Bringers of Despair (and Falkus) to kill the planetary governor and the imperial high command
-The Ezekarion are mentioned
-Abaddon’s top sorcerers bicker with each other
-The Ultramarines and Calgar undertake a heroic fighting retreat, but when Abaddon turns up in person they suffer a major character death
-Vigilus is left to Chaos and the Orks to fight over, though the Imperium holds out in some of the more remote parts of the system
-The book ends with the Ynnari deploying a huge fleet to retake the system, and prove their superiority to the other Aeldari factions
