So this weekend, I got a chance to go to the biggest Jazz event in Jakarta which is Java Jazz Festival 2015 (more fun is available at http://edaandjulia.tumblr.com), and me being myself, always want to remember the first encounter of the musician that I met that night.

It was Friday night at the intimate Java Jazz Coffee stage when Julia & I, felt very happy to see people chattering, taking pictures, and did a little dance while listening to this performing trio called Biel Ballester Trio, I believe the jazz number that we heard the first time that night was 'Take The 'A' Train', and this track that will take you straight to Tibidabo, Spain go way back from the year 2012 and if you listen to it carefully, there's a bit of The Beatles' - While My Guitar Gently Weeps notation in there.

I know it's late, but it's important to know that her new album is coming to town on February 3, 2015.

Can't wait to listen to her highly anticipated collabo cover of Alone Again (Naturally) alongside Michael Bublé.

This one right here, I've known since 2004 from Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason soundtrack, then ten years later, it appeared on Guardians Of The Galaxy original soundtrack. Funny how time flies in a blink of an eye, so let's take it slow by clicking this track before you go to sleep, shall we?

I promise you, you'll never get tired of it, it's like watching a great movie over and over again, you always find something new in it.

From where I came from, we got a very very, I mean like very bad traffic. So, I had this unique ritual of bringing 10 albums with me into the car that I would listen to whenever the traffic’s gone mad.

I had this album from like 2 years ago, but it kinda speaks to me again, especially this track number 6 from the album.
