The matesprit you didn't think was worth it.
You know why I left him? Because I wanted him to find someone who would make him happy.
No. I didn't fall out of love with him, and I don't think I ever will.
But at least I didn't cheat on him. Or try to leave him through death with children that reflected my face at him every day. Nor did I make him watch me slit my own fucking throat. And at least I actually think about HIM, not my own happiness.
If I thought about my own happiness, I would have been completely joyful when you died. Believe me. I wanted to be. But instead I was angry at you for hurting someone so precious.
So just.
Have fun plucking off those angel's feathers. I hope to god he doesn't fall for you like Kankri did. Because we all know what happens when people love you.
