Perfect hearthstone hand
Alright, as someone who has heard of the concept of these here “video games”, I have of course heard of the controversy surrounding Battlefront 2 in the last few days. And it’s well deserved, pay to win is terrible for everyone involved.
Blizzard put out the amazingly timely and very funny announcement video for StarCraft 2 going F2P like, a day after the first huge wave hit with Battlefront, and it included a father’s handiwork along with it. I couldn’t turn down such a perfect opportunity, and had to get to work making it a reality.
In the video, it shows a closeup of what looks like painted paperboard and sequins glued on top of an actual engagement ring. Props for the ad agency on that, actually, they could have just pulled a plastic loop for the ring itself, but you can see in the screen grab above that there’s channel set side stones on the shank. So, I built a very standard ring, and tossed the logo on top, you can actually see a sensible center stone hiding underneath in one of the renders.
