And yes, he does. And it isn't even meant in a judgemental or controlling way, he just considers each love interest's pros and cons and whether they would make his kids happy in the long run. Bruce won't ever pressure a couple to split or get together but he has his favourites and his not-so-favourites mostly based on how they treat his kids, their ability to make them happy keep them safe and in laws.
Babs: Bruce absolutely loves Babs. She's highly competent, she has her finger on the pulse of all Bat operations. She is a treasure. She would protect his boy. Only cons are Jim having beef with Dick and that's Bruce's baby, Commissioner and the fact that if they ever really break up, Bruce might lose her.
Koriand’r: Bruce is very fond of Kori and he loves how much she loves Dick. Bruce can definitely feel safe knowing Dick is with her, the woman can obliterate threats. However, she doesn't have human concepts 100% down and she has accidentally seen Bruce nude and he can't quite look her in the eye
Wally West: Bruce has a soft spot for Wally, he's known him forever and he appreciates the adoration he has for Dick and has great respect for him as a hero. However, speedster metabolism empties the manor kitchen and stresses out Alfred and if Wally ever married into the family, the Flashes and Bats would converge and that's too much for Bruce to consider.
Artemis: Bruce respects her strong moral compass and her ability to curb Jason's worst impulses. Jason is safe with her and Bruce knows that he could never be safer. Cons, is Bruce is slightly afraid of her and Diana would beat his ass if anything went wrong in the relationship.
Rose Wilson: Bruce does have great things to say about Rose. She understands Jason on levels he struggles to and Jason warms to her in ways that Bruce understands is hard for Jason. She's a refuge for Jason in his worst spirals and for that Bruce has great time for her. She could also protect his boy. However, it's a solid no because it would mean that Slade is his in law and Bruce would hate to spoil the wedding by beating the father of the bride with a baseball bat.
Roy Harper: Bruce will admit he wasn't sure about Roy at the start but now, he appreciates him because of his understanding of Jason, his partnership in the field and of course, he brings along a ready made granddaughter. But cons, Roy and Jason have a tendency to egg each other on and of course, Ollie would be in his in law.
Kon: Bruce appreciates that every Bat should have a Kryptonian and Kon can definitely support Tim because of that Luthor money. Bruce also knows that Ma and Pa Kent have instilled some values in Kon but that boy still brings his baby back after curfew and has blatantly stayed over despite Bruce's strict rules. Bruce sometimes, often, thinks Kon is a little bit of a punk even though he respects him. Bruce is OK having Clark has an in law. But Lex? Not so much.
Isabella Ortiz: She is a smart, grounded, supportive young lady. The relationship is healthy, Duke always smiles after their dates. The boy literally glows. However, she is a civilian and Bruce worries that it would take a toll on the relationship in the long run.
Flatline: Bruce was surprised at the depths of Damian's feelings on this relationship. She is a skilled fighter and she doesn't shrink away from Damian's rough edges but she did kill him. A little bit but she killed him once.
Raven: Bruce can see the chemistry. She definitely brings Damian out of his shell and she could totally protect him if it came down to it. But Bruce worries about the age gap and there is the matter of Trigon as an in law. Talia is too down for this.
Jon: Bruce appreciates the Kyrptonian element and that boy is the son of Lois Lane so he knows that Damian will be cared for and won't run rings around Jon. However, they create too much chaos together and Bruce has concerns that Jon may take after Kon in some ways and Bruce is on watch.
