As someone that dropped hundreds on this site and hundreds on the kickstarter, i am judging the hell outta the lying and ai usage. Sent in a ticket to share my thoughts to the devs and im just so pissed.
I didnt not put my money in for AI code. If they offer a refund even this late im taking it because fuck this shit

The KS exclusive system is the only reason this is a problem to begin with. They're just playing the game right now, and selling/buying high end items is just the only other thing to do. Listen I totally agree with some of your points. But the game not being "F2P" is entirely a PB issue and not a playerbase issue. The only thing people can do is breed, do territory and errands there isn't any other gameplay loop and we're in open beta. Other open betas are often rough like this too. That isn't a sign of players greed that's just a sign of what's working or not working in the systems like crafting. There's no minigames and very few breeds. Unlike FR there's literally a "Pay with silver" option for almost everything including changing errands. Once the game has time things will get better.

I really wish pet games would stop offering ks-exclusive consumable breed-change items as a money incentive. I get that it’s a surefire way to get backers, but I’m so sick of every new release coming out the gate with a good ol’ boys club. Everyone in the discord flocks to them, they get preferential treatment from staff even after their ks benefits are fulfilled, they control the economy, and many of them seem to act like everyone else is below them. It’s like an old-money mafia in a small town.
I know ks-exclusive breed-change consumables and their backers are the reason pet sites even get off the ground, but I wish some dev team would come up with a ks reward that doesn’t have such permanent effects on site culture. Maybe I’m just a sad little brokie, but god I hate this part of pet game communities

not so secretly hoping the site goes the way of LW and lunastone value crashes so i can yoink a few and make my irl cats in game. my hatred for KS exclusive breeds in petsims knows no bounds, idgaf about apparel/fauna/anything else but KS locking breeds is industry standard these days and absolute hell. stop thinking you're the next imperial scroll and just let people make cats, there's other ways to reward backers (even exclusively!!) outside of breeds/them main site mechanic driver
