I just got exactly the same exception while trying to play DRG. Memory access violation at 0xffffffffffff. Wtf. Just about to try with some different RAM I bought for troubleshooting the other board...

I love debugging my PC by clicking advanced options and continuing to Windows.

I'm trying to fix my Windows so I can move my Linux Mint and get things in order again.

Here is where my PCs are at the moment:

Little Dave is an Inspiron 20 that's been taken apart.

Big Dave is an intel NUC (the names are based on the screens I used for them.)

And Fruit, my custom budget build, I'm going to buy a new motherboard for.

So, on Fruit I have a fresh instal of windows on it but boot off the windows I've gotten from the corps (hard drive) of Little Dave that now lives again in Big Dave.

I swapped my Linux I was using into Fruit before I realised every free windows mover wipes the drive. So for now I'm combining my windows when I have free time, I'll move it onto the internal drive and partition it to get Linux working again. I'll find the matching wallpaper I use at some point to share cos it's super cute.

Finally, set up KDE connect so I can start yeeting my phone again. Saw a setting and rushed to use it to play ACPCC, and man- I'll play like that more often.

Might rebrand this blog to be more personal/PC stuff cos I just am not a big group person. I have been leaving a lot of collectives and going back to bed. I love leaving a group chat and having the most amazing nap so yeah- I'll be around and let ppl know if I change my name. I still don't use my main for Linux and gender stuff so it'll be the exact same stuff cos- well- I'm not exactly the best gimmick blog cos I, in the nicest way possible. Know nothing about Linux Mint other than using it as a main for ages and sadly don't care.

Why did I decide last week to sign up for school again? It starts in a week, and, like- my PC is on WiFi 3. I need to hotspot windows if I want that thing to work. Linux is its usual functional self, but, like- school work goes on Windows. Duh. It's all Microsoft stuff anyway. Keep that shit isolated.
