( ready, set, @pcssion! )
while working at the cafe had been going rather smoothly, getting there had been a different story.
see, autumn told her aunts and cousins that she was trying to be more independent, and while they’d been a little hesitant, as she was the ‘baby’ of the family, they let her do her thing, even if it was as minor as getting a job at a coffee shop. part of that independence meant learning how to get to work and how to get back. but she hadn’t expected a stalker to become part of that, too.
what made matters worse was that she hadn’t quite figured out a way to keep herself safe yet and that the man had seemed to grow braver, actually approaching her head on. in a state of mild panic, the witch freezes, eyes shut tight, as if prepared for the worst. until she feels a soft hand taking her wrist-- “link?”
