Watched the first 2 eps of The Game Caterers s2 bc I've never watched anything by PD Na who is widely-revered and this seemed an easy introduction w/o having to commit to a full season of anything. I can see why people like him, he's a lot of fun.
These eps were at The Artist Company (the agency Lee Jungjae and Jung Woosung founded), and it was clear that a lot of the actors weren't that used to being on variety. But P.O, their newest talent, is a variety veteran and such a mood maker. He helped loosen people up and started them laughing and having fun.
And in classic P.O fashion, not only did he congratulate when someone succeeded, but he noticed someone else's mood and lightly ribbed the person who was struggling, just like he does on Amazing Saturday 🤣🤣
He's a lot of fun to have in an ensemble cast bc he is intuitive, always in a good mood, and knows how to pull focus to move things along and spotlight others, but also how to step back and let others be the main focus if shooting is going smoothly. He's not greedy, just a fun/funny team player.
