So we are doing this trianing project in PE, were I made a start test and then see how much I improove over the next 7 weeks
I will be entering my workouts throughout the week here every sunday, I will try anyways
here are my start test results:
(how many in a minute)
- push ups (arms close together): 30
- crunches (all the way up): 25
- static biceps: 21 seconds
- back(cruches?): 46
- jump sumo squats: 23
- push ups (arms far apart): 33
- throw small sandbag: 55 cm
eurghh.... Okay I guess now is a good time to stop. I've made good progress on the essay and im almost done. I guess I'll just have to do a really shitty poster then.Anyways it's 3am and I should be heading off to sleep. Maybe I'll take a nap during lunch or smthng
the only way that i can solve this problem now is with food.

agghh Okay if I finish my research report today and BS the visuals tommorow then I think I'll be able to finish the project by Thursday...
