We can live forever...
Immortality is clear and easy when we realize that our energy body, our soul and spirit, exists before our physical body. We all know this from basic science - energy does not die, it is only transformed. Knowing we are all energy, and from this energy expands our consciousness, we can conclude that we are all one. This, for anyone, should not be a big jump, or really, an enlightening realization. Our eternal life is not through our psychical bodies, but our energetic ones; Or what some call Mer-Ka-Ba, or shortened, Ka. We immortalize ourselves through ascension into higher consciousness when we practice higher thinking, meditation, visualization as well as active energizing exercises through practice with our psychical as well as our Ka, or light body. These practices vary, and can be found easily though practitioners of spiritual workers, yogis, mystics, modern and old age custom shamans, and even, get this, your local library. What I am referencing is the term holistic- defined as a philosophy characterized by comprehension of the parts of something as intimately interconnected and explicable only by reference to the whole. Whole health- whole wellness.
Right now we live in an age where a lot of stress is put on economy, higher education in it's most formal state of college and university, career, and generalized 'american dream' - a culture that has existed for awhile that has taught us there is a specific way in which we should live. A lot of these ideas are embedded in us at an early age. Some of us learn to question it at an early age as well. With this questioning, I have expanded on my ideas- the ideas I share with others, on what this culture exactly is, and what it should be called. What I came up with is Fear Culture. Why? Because when we start to question these things alone, we are in fear- we when we question them openly, and discuss it with others, we realize this fear exists in others as well. What is the fear of? Among other things, this fear is the fear of dying- our self, in a mundane system in which we live. It is a fear of our 'revolution' - the way by which we have been taught to live, that if we fight this 'revolution' of the fear culture, we are fighting against this big dark monster of a creature that can easily destroy us. Our energy, our soul. For now we still live in this fear culture, and as a result, we are filled with not just as much, but disease - dis - ease, that produces ailments of depression, anxiety, cancer even, and more.
We are slowly, individually, or as groups and communities, recognizing things for what they are. This is a start of a new revolution, one of awesome proportions. One that will create a new culture in which we can live, and flourish. We can do many things individually to support this cause, and should. We can do many things in our communities to support this cause as well. Educate, discuss, meditate. If we change it, we change ourselves in the process. The journey has always been happening, the path maybe not always so clear. Sometimes the ideas by which we live can get in the way and diminish our progress to a higher understanding, and more beautiful way in which we can live. These ideas at the same time were meant to exist so we could use the as footstools and ladders to overcome and move forward. Understanding this and changing this is why and how we can live forever.
