        @peacefight / @wyslyyzr / @stardies insert that one hades gif where he like catches fire and is like i’m fine i’m fine i’m chill. this is me re: u. i just!!!!!! no matter what character you choose to play you always bring such a gigantic insight to them, you always have such an understanding of those characters and it’s so!!! it’s always heartwarming to find ppl who obviously care about the same characters that you do and that bring a whole new dimension to them and who they are and what they do. i honestly!!! your headcanons are always so good and interesting and i just. clutches heart. i think the first time i followed you was on ur anakin blog back when i had a poe and i just. honestly loved your portrayal so much and just. anakin means the world to me and you did him such justice as you do with any character that you play and i just. listen. i’m embarrassing myself but ur amazing tbh

he immediately regrets the tone with which it’s said, nestled in a laugh that bubbles unbidden from his throat.  and why not?  surely charles can’t be serious, not really.  he doesn’t dare to fan the flames of hope already spreading within his chest, licking their path along his rib cage.  he would squash them out, but it’s too late  ;  the room is stifling and a smile has broken through the hard lines of his face. 

this man could knock the breath from his lungs with a laugh, could banish the ghosts from his bones with a single touch  …  if erik would let him.
