Silently exhaling a soundless breath in relief, the tanned ace lifted his pinky finger up, slowly intertwining it around the other. He acknowledges that things hasn't fully settled back to normal--well it's only to be expected after yesterdays harsh circumstances so he doesn't push the matter any further.
This was good enough for now.
Slightly tilting his head down he gazed into the coral hues, murmuring with promise "Deal". As Satsuki turned her back away from him, Aomine repetitively unclenched and clenched his fists. Surely Satsuki was aware that he was an inconsiderate asshole. He doesn't comprehend why she puts up with him after all of the crap that he has put her through. They had been childhood friends since the beginning but still he he doesn't understand her sometimes. Aomine doesn't want to admit it but he feels glad that she has always stayed by his side despite the numerous hurtful insults.
Entering into the classroom the darker male didn't even bother to smother the loud yawn that escaped from his lips. Idly staring up at the blackboard...Geography, hah? It's not like he needs to understand the etymology of the earth for basketball. Subconsciously muting out the lecture the basketball player felt his conscious slowly ebbed away.
A familiar sweet soothing aroma wafted up to his nostrils, slowly blinking a few times, his disoriented eyes captured the coral orbs. What a surprise. Usually it was the teachers hideous face scowling at him--henceforth this felt rather nice for a change. Satsuki was so patient sometimes. Recalling their promise earlier, Aomine's lips tugged into a wide grin, his deep baritone voice mumbling out "Don't look at me like that, I didn't forget". Stretching out his tanned muscular arms above his head, the darker male warily sat up and got out of his seat. A dark hand reached out forwards for the others bag, quickly swinging it over his back. "Lets go then".
