A piece of revenge art that I particularly liked doing was Scarfy's Clochette and Peale! What's funny is that I really wanted to give them a bit of a train theme, knowing a bit of their background.

Then I realized oh, I've never drawn a vehicle, with this many parts, much less at an angle and with perspective...WELP I'M ALREADY IN THIS DEEP. I love these siblings

Rubens Peale made a career of managing his family’s museums in Philadelphia, Baltimore, and New York, but during the last decade of his life he turned to still-life painting. Primarily a self-taught artist, he had a gift for pictorial design, which, together with his bold forms and color, earned his work a place alongside the naturalistic compositions of his elder brother, Raphaelle, and his uncle, James, who were founders of the American still-life tradition.
