Operating Principle:-
The machine operates with a convective drying system. The peanut is continuously supplied in to the dryer directly from storage or godown as per the need to avoid manpower for intermittent storage and re-handling.
Also in this process the seeds are stored in the compartment and hot air is blown through the perforated walls of the perforated compartment in-between the storage compartment for moisture reduction of the peanut.
Arrangement of compartment to ensure proper overturning of the peanut so that the overall surface of the peanut comes in contact with the hot air blown, to gain the desired output.
A rotary valve is placed at the exit point for controlled output to achieve the desired contact timing of the hot air blown and the peanut, thus providing the desired moisture reduction in a single step operation in a continuous and uninterrupted mode.
