hi there, would you by any chance know what anime the second image is from in the Sanbonzakura art post? The one with the elf-ish ears :)

I did some digging around and I don't think it's from any anime or manga. It's from a series called Hanafuda Juunikazoku Renmei (花札十二家族聯盟) which I think is a fanwork collaboration project for the Pixiv Fantasia V collection. Much like tarot card illustrations, I believe these are fan designs of Hanafuda playing cards, wherein characters were created to represent each of the 12 families/suites. The image you're referring to is of the characters from the July suite. 

Aaaand I probably told you way more than you ever cared to know about a thing that isn't even an actual series haha
