Using Jiffy Peat Pellets For Seed Germination
2nd batch of baby plants tucked into the lean-to; getting ready to expand some more pop up pots ... why when the first batch and second batch (planted 2 weeks apart) both look the same at a stand still ... why? because I’m reliving my childhood about those little pills from the penny machine, take them home, crawl in the bath, taking those with you to have a whole expandable little foam animal zoo floating around you ... except this is the adult form (and I’m not crawling in with them). Big coin disc to throw in a bucket of water while you do chores then come back to lovely little spongey peat pot thingies that you jab seeds into. What could be more fun?
soooo 5 of the 8 seeds grew a tap root. I planted 4 in peat pellets; 3 white widow x big bud and 1 lemon kush. I put cups over the top of them. I hope they sprout through the peat soon.
