Tough Love
- An hour away from Derry is a small town with a low population. Every night Henry Bowers takes a drive out to that town, not because he likes the neighborhood.. but because you live there.
- You had once lived in Derry but left due to family reasons. Henry hadn’t stopped loving you so he asked you out just before you left. The two of you had been going out since.
- He kept the meet-ups private for a few months. He thought he was slick, Henry would park his fathers patrol car in the same place he took it from every night.. but it wasn’t his father who caught him. It was his friends.
- Belch, Victor, and Patrick. Those three got suspicious. Of course, they didn’t care if Henry had a girlfriend or not, they were just a bit shocked that any girl would be willing to go out with the guy
- So they did the only reasonable thing. They took Patrick’s scrapped car and followed Henry out of town one night. That specific night Henry was taking you to the theatre. I’m sure you can imagine the collective look of surprise when Henry wrapped his arm around a girl's shoulders.
- Patrick couldn’t take it anymore. Someone like Henry getting a girl more attractive than him? It couldn’t be. The lanky teen got out of the car and banged on Henry’s window.
- In a matter of seconds Henry was out of the car screaming at the three about invading his date, and how he just wanted some privacy with a pretty girl.
- The three tried to leave, but the car wouldn’t start.
- And so you ended up in the front seat with Henry again. This time however, Patrick, Belch, and Victor were in the back.
- To Henry’s demise, the group quite liked you. You were funny, quick witted and weren’t afraid to throw back teasing insults. So they invited you to the next hangout.
- Over the span of the next few months, you started to hang out with the boys and your boyfriend more often to the point you became one big group.
Headcannons:
- As it was said before, Henry has quite a deranged personality. He can go from screaming at you for breathing wrong one moment to crying in your lap and apologizing profusely the next.
- Belch is your personal bodyguard at school. He quietly makes sure your always in his sight, but he doesn’t interfere with your daily life.
- Henry isn’t very big on PDA in front of the guys, his father drilled it into him that affection in public makes a man soft.
- Summer nights consist of late drives, icecream, robbing gas stations and giggling like fools until the sun comes up.
- You usually come back from hangouts smelling like cigarette smoke. Not because you take a drag of course, but because the four boys smoke like chimneys.
- Being the only one in the group to like the losers club is quite rare. Henry and Patrick hate the little shits, but Belch and Victor tolerate them.. but they aren’t afraid to beat them to a pulp.
Hello guyss…… here is my late christmas gift to you guys i present you my platonic bowers gang fic
Its a bit fluffy and may be ooc but idc just enjoy okay
TW: the boys being assholes, bullying, the word use of “slut” (not towards reader), angsty stuff but good ending.
Usually, when the bowers gang were hanging out a certain teenage girl would tag along, they didn’t exactly know why but it just kind of happened she just gravitated towards them.
Y/N, she was quite the opposite from them so they didn’t know why she was hanging out with them. She was cheerful, bubbly, and rather loud.
They started to get used to her, I guess thats why they let her hang around. It felt different when she didn’t just pop up to annoy them, it felt different when there wasn’t someone to make the butt of the joke.
Right now, it did feel different not because you weren’t there you just weren’t.. you.
It was pissing them off, well mostly Henry.
They should be happy, your not being a blabber mouth you weren’t chatting there ear off but it just felt odd.
And they were going to find out what was up.
“What’s up with you?” Belch asked roughly, taking the last drink from his soda before crushing the hand and tossing it to the side.
You guys had all recently just got out of school, and now you were just sitting out at the junk yard.
“Yeah what are you on your period or something?” Henry asked with a smirk, when you gave him no reaction his smirk faded into a look of annoyance.
“Okay seriously what the hell is wrong with you!” He said quite angry, it wasn’t fun when you just sat there doing nothing.
Patrick himself seemed a little bored, maybe a bit amused but he was curious at whats got you so messed up, “Ooooo was it that Chad guy you were talking with? Did he do something?” He said suddenly grinning at the thought of you being like this because of a boy.
Victor now spoke up after taking a drag of his cigarette blowing out his smoke, “Better not be, fucking hate that guy.” He scoffed rolling his eyes.
“Yeah then I would actually have to kick your ass.” Henry added on, none of them exactly liked your taste in romance. Truth was though, you didn’t even like Chad they just assumed you did because you were getting “buddy buddy” with him.
You sighed trying to speak, “No its not that—“ You were suddenly interrupted by Belch who was laughing, probably about to add on to the joke.
“What did he do? Not talk to you in the hallways?” Victor snickered at that before speaking up, “Not bring you pretty flowers?” These assholes were now mocking you and wouldn’t even let you get a word in!
Of course Patrick had to be in on the joke, “Did he realize how big your mouth was and leave you for some slut?” They all were laughing now and you were tired of it.
“No! Can’t you just shut up and let me speak?!” You snapped, and suddenly it was quiet.
They were staring at you, a bit shocked, Henry was annoyed, Belch looked a bit bad, Patricks expression was unreadable, Victor looked uncomfortable before he sighed.
“Okay well, tell us whats wrong then, tell us about your little feelings before we make fun of you.” He said waving his hand dismissively at you, letting you know at least he was now listening while also taking a long drag of his cigarette before putting it out.
Before Henry blew up on you, you started to spill out all your thoughts. “Recently I’ve just been exhausted, I try to be nice, I try to be as good as I can for like everyone else but no one cares that much about me.” You said curling in on yourself, feeling vulnerable.
“It makes me think how much do people really want me around? Should I even keep putting effort if no one will put any effort for me?” Honestly, telling this to the bowers gang wasn’t the smartest thing but you needed to get this out, put it somewhere, put it on anyone else.
“So Ive just been not myself, I’m just losing the energy to keep being so, well, bright,” You said with a sigh. “Its not about Chad, I don’t even like Chad like that you idiots.” You let out a tired, humorless, chuckle.
It was silent for a moment, it felt awkward and uncomfortable, you made a fool of yourself you thought. Tears started to fill your eyes, you were so stupid—
“Okay, okay, okay! You don’t need to start crying about it, jeez.” Henry grumbled, crossing his arms unsure what to do. He didn’t want you to start crying, usually he wouldn’t really care but it felt different this time.
You could be a bit of a crybaby sometimes, sometimes that was his nickname for you just to try and get a rise out of you, but this was different. He felt this unfamiliar gut feeling, brewing inside him that he couldn’t quite grasp what it was.
“Well, Im glad it wasn’t about Chad.” Victor said awkwardly, before he sighed. “Look, dude, it sounds like your trying to look for validation in other people instead of just being you because you want to be you.”
You looked towards Victor, wiping your eyes, putting your attention on him.
“You need to be all sunshines and rainbows because you want to be sunshines and rainbows, not because you want others to care.” Victor felt pretty smart right now, he felt he was saying all the right things.
“Yeah, I mean I wouldn’t say I like you being all jumpy all the time your annoying but it feels weird when your not well—you.” Belch added honestly, feeling a little embarrassed to be so honest and seem almost vulnerable.
You chuckled a bit, rolling your eyes this was as much comfort as you would really get from the bowers gang. It felt nice.
“Can you stop being so fucking sad now? This is getting on my nerves now.” Henry said, trying to break the sad and vulnerable yada yada.
“Yeah Y/N hurry up and feel better.” Victor snickered a bit, nudging your shoulder a bit.
Your lips twitched upward a bit, not quite a smile yet but you were feeling better. You noticed Patrick was being quiet, to quiet.
You looked towards him, you couldn’t read his expression. He was just standing there, he didn’t look like he felt anything at the moment.
Truth was, he felt amusement. This was what had you so upset? Because no one gave you attention? But he didn’t say anything, he didn’t mock, because he didn’t want to break you any further. A broken toy wouldn’t be fun. He needed you reactive.
You turned away, a bit uneasy but you didn’t want to focus on that right now. You wanted to focus on the small bit of comfort they were bringing you, even Patricks silence was comforting you a bit.
You smiled, a small one, before it turned into a grin. “I didn’t realize you were such a therapist Victor.” You teased.
Victor rolled his eyes with a scoff, Henry groaned, Belch snorted, and Patrick smirked.
Well, you were back.
I hope you guys like this!! I hope this isn’t to ooc or something, i wanted to make this comforting for the viewer or just fluffy so i made patrick just stand off to the side while the others can comfort reader
I love you guys, hope you liked this <3

summary. spending time the your bestest friends in the world, in ben’s surprise hideout for the losers club. a stronger bond flourishing inside!
labels. feminine reader, happy go lucky girl, shy cute girly girl reader, no definite description of reader, she/her pronouns used, reader is closer to richie toizer & eddie kaspbrak.
‧₊˚ ୨୧ mina speaks. hey everyone! i was rewatching it 2019 and me being the self indulgent person i am, i started fantasizing about us (readers) being with the losers! lots of love.
summer days in derry had a special kind of magic, one that was even stronger when you spent them with the losers club. today, ben had promised a surprise, and you couldn’t wait to see what he had in store. the air was thick with excitement as you all made your way through the woods, your heart fluttering with anticipation.
❝ are we there yet? ❞ richie’s voice rang out, filled with mock impatience. you were walking beside him, as usual, and his playful energy was contagious. you couldn’t help but smile.
❝ yeah, ben, how much further? ❞ eddie added, swatting away a mosquito with a grimace. you could tell eddie was getting antsy, but his curiosity kept him moving forward. you gave him a reassuring smile, hoping to ease his nerves. richie noticed and nudged you with his elbow, his grin wide.
❝ you know, eds, (y/n) here could probably carry you if you get too tired, ❞ richie teased, earning a light smack on the arm from eddie.
❝ shut up, richie, ❞ eddie muttered, but you could see the corners of his mouth twitching as he tried to hide a smile. you laughed softly, loving the way they always managed to make you feel at ease, even when they were bickering.
finally, ben stopped in front of a large thicket, and your curiosity peaked. he pushed aside some branches, revealing a hidden entrance. ❝ here it is, ❞ your eyes widened as you stepped through the opening. inside was a large, cozy space, bigger than you’d expected. there were shelves full of books, soft blankets, and a huge hammock strung up in one corner, large enough for several people. the place felt like a secret clubhouse, one that was just for you and your friends.
❝ ben, this is amazing! ❞ you exclaimed, your voice filled with awe. you turned to look at him, and he blushed slightly, clearly pleased with your reaction.
❝ yeah, ben, this is awesome, ❞ mike added, already exploring the different corners of the hideout. ❝ you really outdid yourself. ❞
❝ i thought it would be nice to have a place just for us, ❞ ben said, his voice warm with affection. ❝ a place where we can hang out and just be ourselves. ❞
richie immediately made a beeline for the hammock, his eyes lighting up with excitement. ❝ dibs on the hammock! ❞ he shouted, flopping down onto it with a dramatic sigh of contentment. you laughed and followed him over, sitting down on the edge of the hammock.
❝ you’re such an ass, ❞ eddie grumbled, but he couldn’t resist joining you both. he climbed onto the hammock, settling in beside you with a huff. you found yourself sandwiched between richie and eddie, feeling the gentle sway of the hammock as they playfully jostled each other.
❝ careful, you’re gonna tip us over, ❞ you warned, your voice filled with laughter. richie just grinned at you, his arm draping casually around your shoulders.
❝ don’t worry, (y/n), i’ve got you, ❞ he said, his tone teasing but affectionate. you leaned into him, feeling the warmth of his body against yours. on your other side, eddie was muttering under his breath about how richie was being annoying, but you could tell he was just as happy to be there.
as you lay there, the three of you fell into a comfortable rhythm. richie and eddie kept up their usual banter, tossing playful insults back and forth while you relaxed between them. their voices became a soothing background noise, and you found your eyelids growing heavy as the hammock rocked gently beneath you.
❝ hey, richie, do you ever shut up? ❞ eddie grumbled, though there was no real bite to his words. he was more focused on making sure you were comfortable, adjusting a blanket around you with a careful hand.
❝ only when i’m asleep, eds, ❞ richie shot back, his grin widening as he caught your eye. ❝ and even then, i’m sure i’m the most entertaining sleeper around. ❞
❝ if you say so, ❞ eddie muttered, but you could see the fondness in his eyes as he looked at you. ❝ (y/n), how do you put up with him? ❞ with an exaggerated sigh.
you just smiled, feeling the warmth of their friendship surrounding you like a protective shield. ❝ i guess i’m just lucky, ❞ you replied softly, your voice filled with contentment.
eventually, the steady rhythm of their voices and the gentle sway of the hammock lulled you into a peaceful nap. richie’s arm was still draped over your shoulders, and eddie’s presence beside you was a comforting anchor. as you drifted off to sleep, you felt completely safe, knowing that your best friends were right there with you.
when you woke up, the sun had shifted, casting a warm, golden light through the small windows of the hideout. you blinked sleepily, realizing that richie and eddie had fallen asleep too, their heads resting against yours. the hammock was still gently swaying, and for a moment, you just enjoyed the quiet peace of the moment.
after a while, you carefully extricated yourself from the hammock, trying not to wake richie and eddie. they both stirred slightly but didn’t wake up, so you quietly tiptoed away, leaving them to their nap. as you looked around the hideout, you noticed bill, stan, and mike sitting together on a pile of blankets, engrossed in their books.
❝ h-hey, (y/n), want to j-j-join us? ❞ bill asked, glancing up from his book with a welcoming smile. you nodded, making your way over to them. you sat down beside stan, who gave you a small, shy smile as he handed you one of the books from the shelf.
❝ thank you, stan, ❞ you said softly, returning his smile. he nodded, his eyes already back on his book.
you opened the book and quickly became absorbed in the story, losing yourself in the world of words. the four of you read in companionable silence, the only sounds being the rustle of pages turning and the occasional soft murmur as one of you reacted to something in the story.
after a while, you felt a gentle tap on your shoulder. looking up, you saw beverly smiling down at you. ❝ hey, (y/n), can i steal you for a bit? ❞ she asked, her voice warm.
❝ okay, ❞ you replied, closing your book and setting it aside. you stood up and followed bev over to where ben was working on some project with a hammer and nails.
❝ we could use some extra hands, ❞ bev said, handing you a hammer. ❝ ben’s been teaching me how to build stuff, and i thought you might want to join in. ❞
you smiled, feeling a surge of gratitude for beverly’s thoughtfulness. ❝ i’d love to help, ❞ you said, taking the hammer and kneeling down beside ben.
❝ thanks, (y/n), ❞ ben said, giving you a grateful smile. ❝ we’re just reinforcing some of the shelves and adding a few more. it’s a lot of work, but it’s worth it. ❞
❝ definitely, ❞ you agreed, already feeling a sense of accomplishment as you began hammering nails into place. as you worked, bev chatted with you about all sorts of things—clothes, movies, and boys. it was nice to have some girl time, and you found yourself opening up to her in a way you hadn’t before.
❝ you know, (y/n), ❞ bev said, her voice turning a bit more serious, ❝ i’m really glad you’re part of the losers club. you bring something special to the group, and i just want you to know that you’re really important to all of us. ❞
you felt your cheeks flush with warmth at her words, and you looked down at the hammer in your hands, suddenly feeling a bit shy. ❝ thanks, beverly, you said softly. ❝ that means a lot. ❞
she smiled at you, her eyes filled with kindness. ❝ it’s true. don’t ever doubt it, okay? ❞
you nodded, feeling a swell of affection for your friend. as the two of you continued working, you couldn’t help but feel grateful for the bond you shared with the losers club. they were more than just friends—they were family, and you knew that no matter what, you’d always have each other’s backs.
after finishing up with the shelves, you and bev stepped back to admire your work. ❝ not bad, ❞ ben said, clearly pleased with the results. ❝ this place is really coming together. ❞
❝ it really is, ❞ you agreed, feeling a sense of pride in what you’d accomplished. ❝ i’m glad i could help. ❞
❝ you did great, ❞ bev said, giving you a friendly nudge. ❝ now, how about we take a break? i think we’ve earned it. ❞
you nodded, feeling a bit tired but happy. as you made your way back to the main area of the hideout, you noticed that richie and eddie had finally woken up and were now bickering playfully as usual.
❝ hey, sleepyheads, ❞ you called out, giggling as you approached them. ❝ have a nice nap? ❞
❝ the best, ❞ richie replied with a wink, stretching his arms above his head. ❝ but we missed you, (y/n). it’s not the same without our favorite girl around. ❞
❝ yeah, we woke up and you were gone, ❞ eddie added, his voice mock-petulant. ❝ don’t do that again. ❞
you laughed, feeling the warmth of their affection wrap around you like a cozy blanket. ❝ don’t worry, i’m not going anywhere. ❞
the rest of the day passed in a blur of laughter, stories, and moments that you knew you’d treasure forever. by the time the sun began to set, casting a warm golden light over the hideout, you felt completely at peace.
as you all gathered together in the hideout, huddled close on the blankets and bean bags, you couldn’t help but marvel at how lucky you were. the losers club wasn’t just a group of friends—they were your home, your family, your safe haven in a world that could be so full of darkness.
and as you sat there, surrounded by the people who meant the most to you, you knew that no matter what the future held, you’d always stick by their side as much as they stuck to yours.

expecting! | 2019! stanley uris x fem! reader
it had been a very long time since your wedding to stanley uris, and an almost as long time of you two trying to conceive. you’d both wanted children since the day you’d started dating, but unfortunately, didn’t have much luck with getting pregnant. supposedly, there were no medical preventions, and it was likely stress, but the two of you never stopped trying.
so, here you were, at 35 years old, holding a positive test. stanley was working from home that day, so he’d been sitting in his office whilst you did housework. however, you’d noticed some changes in you. you’d been far more exhausted, somewhat nauseous, and most of all, you were late. sure, only about a week late, but that was still a whole week! so, you figured you’d take a test, just to be sure.
as soon as you saw the two lines, indicating a positive, you basically screamed. “STAN! STANLEY! COME HERE!” you shouted for your husband, knowing that he’d hear, since his office wasn’t too far from your shared bathroom.
you instantly heard loud footsteps from his office, but they still seemed somewhat gentle. maybe just a little nervous.
“are you okay, lovely? what happened?” he called out, his steps quickly reaching the bathroom as he turned the doorknob and opened the door.
as soon as you saw your husband, your tears got stronger, and you stepped over to him and basically fell into his arms.
“woah- hey, hey, what happened?” he asked gently, and you just held up the test in response. his eyes widened instantly, and he grabbed it from you. he analyzed it, seeming to feel like his eyes were deceiving him. “is this… you’re serious, right?” he questioned, his voice somewhat shocked and in disbelief. you looked up into his sweet, brown eyes, nodding.
“yeah, of course i’m serious.” you replied, a small, nervous smile on your face. “i wouldn’t joke about this, stan. not after how long we’ve been trying.”
stanley nodded, gently kissing the top of your head. he continued to stare down at the test, his brows slightly furrowing. “how’d you know to take a test? you have been pretty sick lately, but i just kinda figured you had a bug… we’re kind of old to be getting pregnant, lovely.” he chuckled, a sweet smile on his face.
“well, yeah, i have been really nauseous, that was a pretty major sign… and also… my period was late.” you answered, sighing softly. you put your head down, so it was against stanley’s shoulder. “i’m probably only about a month along, i’m not sure… i’ll call the doctor and make an appointment to figure everything out.”
stanley nodded, softly kissing your head again. “okay… let me know when it is, i’ll try to get off work.” he replied, wrapping an arm around your waist and holding you closely.
you smiled, wrapping your own arms around your husband. “okay, i will.” you agreed, closing your eyes. “i’m tired… i think i’m going to nap for a little bit.” you spoke, and stan gently let go of you, grabbing a hand instead. he walked with you to your bedroom, taking off his clothes from work and gently helping undress you.
“are you gonna nap, too?” you asked sleepily, looking at stanley with a smile. he nodded, laying down in your shared bed and gently helping you lay, as well. you laid down next to him, feeling his warm arms tangle around your body. as he spooned you, you felt one warm, big hand rest gently on your lower belly. you giggled quietly, putting your own hand over it.
