Danish Pebernødder
These pebernødder cookies are nice and crispy and full of flavor. Yes, this is another cookie recipe. But I had to make these. I remember eating them a looot when i was a kid back in Denmark. So of course i have to make them. I really love their small size, they look so pretty when you store them in jars. I plan to make these again when school start, and fill my pockets with them :P (more…)
