Ingredients: 6 cups day-old bread cubes. 1 cup milk. 1 cup heavy cream. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped pecans. 1/2 cup caramel sauce. Whipped cream for serving.
Instructions: In a large bowl, whisk together milk, heavy cream, eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Add bread cubes to the mixture and toss to coat evenly.
