These vegan pecan caramel clusters are better for you than regular turtle candies. Because they are made with natural things like Medjool dates and pecans, they are sweet and filling without having any added sugar.
Ingredients: 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted. 1 cup pecans, chopped. 1/4 cup almond butter. 2 tbsp maple syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pinch of sea salt.
Instructions: Pitted Medjool dates, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt should all be put in a food processor and mixed together. Process until a sticky mixture that looks like caramel forms. Put the caramel mix into a bowl and add the chopped pecans. Mix the ingredients together well. Make small balls out of the mixture with your hands or a spoon, and then put them on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. For about 30 minutes, put the clusters in the fridge to set. Take a bite of your vegan pecan caramel clusters after they're set.
