* irrelevant * this is Peckles the Pigeon, they flew into a window at my work. I put them in a safe place with water and some peanut butter cracks.
Peckles made a full recovery! I hope you is alive and well my friend!! 🥰
Cornichons à l'aneth
Ingrédient
500g de cornichons
Gros sel
Quelques branches d'aneth
3 oignonnets
1 gousses d'ail
1 cuillère à soupe de sucre
1 cuillère à thé de poivre en grains et graines de moutarde
3 baies de genièvres
1 feuilles de laurier
1 clou de girofle
1 tasse de vinaigre blanc
1 tasse d'eau
Méthode
Faire tremper les cornichons dans l'eau froide toute la nuit.
Placer les cornichons, l'aneth l'ail et les oignons dans des pots massons.
Porter à ébullition le reste des ingrédients.
Verser dans les pots pour couvrir les cornichons.
On peut ensuite canner les pots pour la conservation.
