Rookie Blue Preview: Community Service Interruptus - The TV Junkies

This week on Rookie Blue things go horribly awry during an attempt at community outreach as a softball game is interrupted by a shooting.

A PECK SIBLING TAKEOVER

The Peck siblings are everywhere this week on Rookie Blue as Steve and Gail work together to lead up the investigation of the drive by shooting at the softball game. Steve is also around early on in the episode as the social worker handling Gail’s adoption is back with some questions for Gail’s big bro. Fans of the Pecks will be pretty happy and there’s a sibling moment between Charlotte Sullivan and Adam Macdonald that is flat out fantastic. p.s. I personally hate spoilers, but feel like this is giving nothing away that isn’t already universally known by all Rookie Blue fans: Charlotte Sullivan proves to be exceptionally amazing this week and you will only fall more in love with Gail Peck. I sure know I did!

But what if Gail's real first name is Abigail and Steve's is Steven. And everyone's invited to the Pecks' holiday season party and Elaine comes in and calls, "Steven, Abigail, come here." And everyone's like: wtf

Seriously, fanfic writers in the fandom should work on more Steve and Gail oneshots from family dinners to Sundays with Leo and Traci and, of course, random banters. And who else wants to see protective!steve?!?! I can't be the only one.
