Takhle vypadá kváskový chleba který necháte asi dva dny pomalu kynout v lednici a pak rovnou vložíte do pece. Jinak polovina mouky je celozrnná pšeničná mouka a druhá polovina hladká pšeničná. Tenhle chleba vydrží dlouho čerstvý. Tak jsem oprášil můj #mockmill100 a namlel 20% dvouzrnky a 80% pšenice v bio kvalitě od @asozdravyzivot pak zamíchal kváskové těsto a strčil ho na den a půl do lednice. A z lednice rovnou do pece.
