I'm sure there will be quite a bit of disagreement, but I'm always open to discuss.
First and foremost - Ezra (Prospect) - Slytherin. Cunning, ambitious, well-spoken, and driven. A slytherin through and through.
Oberyn Martell - Also Slytherin. He's the VIPER. Part of me wants to say Gryffindor because he's brave, impulsive and a fighter. But honestly? The man who learned poisons at the Citadel and used it to make himself a deadly warrior? Slytherin.
Din Djarin - Gryffindor. Pure of heart, dumb of ass. A fighter, jockish, principled.
Marcus Pike - Hufflepuff. Sweet, career-oriented, likes art.
Javier Peña - Slytherin. Unscrupulous, cunning, ambitious. "Sometimes you have to do bad things to catch bad people."
Max Phillips - Ravenclaw. Don't @ me. He's clearly highly intelligent, capable, and confident. I like that he's a little goofy and over-the-top in a Gryffindor way. And he's cunning like a Slytherin. But he went to business school, and his management style is EFFECTIVE.
And none for Agent Whiskey. He went to Ilvermorny.
