We are all experiencing this pandemic. Even if we are not together physically, I feel so connected to all of you. I sometimes begrudge this medium, how much I look at my phone, how distracted it can make me. This morning my daughter told me to put down my phone and pay attention to more important things. And she is right. . But I want to say here, during this time of crisis, that we, your pediatricians are here for you. . Here to comfort you. Here to guide you. Here to grieve with you. Here to support you. . We are always here for you and your children, whether you see us in the office, on the interwebs, or someday soon, in the streets. . So, today Take care of yourself. Drink some water. Get some sleep. Share your feelings. And let's keep our perspectives. . This is temporary. This will not last forever.
