I used to watch this PBS show called Peg plus Cat when I was in my early teens (we turned it on for my elementary school brother at the time) and there was this one episode about toilet training, where Peg made a step-by-step list of how to use the toilet for this creature who lived on Mars and had never used one before, and anyway, there was a song in that episode that went "Listen to your body, what's it saying to you?" and I don't remember the rest but that song does remind me to like eat and stop working when I have symptoms coming on lol thank you Peg (and cat)

Chapter 1 - Fresh Flowers on an Old Grave

But when a discovery illuminates an inconvenient truth, Amina's path becomes unfortunately clear - she must return to the city in the sky, and she has to do it without Malcolm. Will Amina be able to prove herself as an archeologist? However determined she may be, the old saying might be true - everyone from Rallott has ghosts."
