[ask-the-atlantics]

Before I begin, I just wanted to say these things:

No, I am not trying to copy @ask-the-maritimes or @enter-the-darkside in anyway.

Their blog is really great!!! I had a really fun time with their stories and writing!

However, I had this idea a long while before I seen their blog.

So, to make it as different as possible, I decide to make it Atlantic Canada, which includes Newfoundland and Labrador. I have no intention of copying them at all.

Also, Cape Breton is in this, because CB was it's own colony before being annexed back. I would know, since I'm a caper myself. That was my idea at the very beginning, and again, I am not trying to copy them

Another thing: this is based off of Hetalia. A spinoff, AU, whatever you want to call it. It's just a fun little thing I've been wanting to do for a while. Different characters while show up at some points.

A problem: I cannot find an app to draw. So I've used an app to create the characters for me as of right now, until I can draw them.

I don’t know why, but I love drawing with black backgrounds, especially at night.

When you’re reading a book that’s so good, you forget about doing anything else.

I made the book look old on purpose, just because Eddy is the type who’ll keep books for centuries if he can. He probably puts them in a special wrap so they can be preserved, although I’d like to think that Avatars have this special ability that gives special things around them a level of immortality. I know that Himaruya said this has happened with some pets (like Hanatamago, Sweden’s and Finland’s dog), and I think that it actually happens to anything or anyone the nation will bond with, could even explain why some people would live longer in the Hetalia-verse.

Safe to say, Eddy’s favourite books will stay with him for awhile yet. Some of them aren’t even in English. I imagine he has books in French, German, Latin, The Gaelic, Japanese... He can probably read in several languages (speaking is another issue)!

Drawcember catch up! I skipped out on week 2, but it is until New Years that I can draw it all.

W2C1: Sketch character at another age. PEI as a little child, going through the rough couple of decades of settlement.

Last challenge is to colour one of these. I'm gonna do that tomorrow, but I don't mind a vote on which one to colour.
